PERFORMANCE NUTRITION

Our 12-week group coaching program is designed to provide endurance athletes with the performance nutrition and sport psychology tools to achieve their ValenciaĀ marathon goals.

Improve power to weight ratio

Prevent digestive issues

Improve speed and performance

Phase 1: Weeks 1-4

We will focus on carbohydrate periodisation, fuelling training & improving your power to weight ratio.

Phase 2: Weeks 5-8

We will focus on hydration, sweat testing & training the gut to prevent GI issues and take more fuel on broad when racing.

Phase 3: Weeks 9-12

Pulling it all together, practicing race week and race day fuelling.

SPORT PSYCHOLOGY

Worksheets and audio tracks developed by sport psychologists to help you to develop mental toughness, optimise sleep and manage pre competition anxiety.

Phase 1: Weeks 1-4

We will focus on foundational psychological factors such as motivation, commitment, goals and attitude.

Phase 2: Weeks 5-8

In this phase we will start developing psychological skills and explaining how to utilise them within your training sessions

Phase 3: Weeks 9-12

In this final phase we will work on integrating what you have learned into specific race-day plans with the aim of optimising your pre-performance mindset.
